Sitters hourly rates:
£10 an hour evenings between 6pm and midnight
£12 an hour daytimes and after midnight
Membership fees: This will automatically renew until you no longer need the service.
Booking Fee: The booking fee is non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed to you. In the event we can't provide a babysitter we will refund your booking fee.
Last Minute Bookings: Last minute bookings (same day for weekdays and after 5pm on Friday for weekend bookings) will attract a £5 surcharge which will be invoiced to you separately.
Agency Payment: Agency fees are collected either (i) on-line via the PayPal secure site - you can use any major credit or debit card or your PayPal account. Choosing this option for membership payments will request you choose a password and set-up a PayPal account if you don't already have one; (ii) via bank transfer using Go Cardless Direct Debit. Please contact us if you need help and we will be happy to send you details.
Babysitter Payment: Please pay cash to your babysitter when you return home.
Charging: We charge by the half hour (rounded up) eg: 7.30pm - 10.15pm charged as 3 hours. The minimum charge is 3 hours.
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a booking, you should call the Agency as soon as possible between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. A cancellation fee of £10.00 will be chargeable to you in addition to the Booking Fee if you cancel a booking within 24 hours of a sitting (or after 5pm for a weekend sitting). The minimum 3 hour charge will apply if a sitter is cancelled within 2 hours of the sitting. This should be paid directly to the sitter either by posting a cheque or transferring the money directly online to the sitter.
Ad hoc nannies: A day-time booking over 5 hours is considered an ad-hoc nanny. Ad-hoc nannies are £10ph to £12ph (depending on requirements) and attract a daily booking charge of £15. Rates will be confirmed to you upon booking. Full details of our nanny fees are available via the footer link.
Special Date Bookings: An additional hourly charge of £5 per hour payable to your babysitter applies on special dates eg New Years Eve. Details will be provided prior to these dates.
One-off Babysitters: We provide one-off babysitters for a fee of £15. Please register and note your booking needs. We'll contact you directly to take payment.
Hotel bookings: We ask for extra £2 per hour payable to your babysitter.
Offering permanent work to our sitters: We charge an introduction fee for families making a permanent offer of employment to our babysitters. Please contact us for more details.
